My boss put me up to this. Wanted a song played on my ukulele about a rainbow and clouds. It was cute fun. Also, in that regard, I did metal versions of the song for everyone's enjoyment.
lyrics:
if we were young like clouds
on a rainy day
moving the graceless sky
against the thunder’s waves
watching stories chase
through the howling wind
needing a companion
to read the words again
i was waiting on a rainbow
to show me its arc
when old storms turn away
from what they will start
holding on to the dream
of what becomes a wish
we are what we see
and what we don't want to miss
